About Dominique.
Dominique Kock is a Project Manager at Boost. Her career began in graphic design in 2015 when she created a logo for GPH Industries Ltd., a prominent bus company in Geita, Tanzania. Her passion for arts and graphic design soon led her to a Junior UI/UX designer role, where she designed websites and collaborated with various agencies. Leveraging her UI/UX design skills and experience, Dominique transitioned seamlessly into project management, where she excels in client interaction and team support, finding great satisfaction in understanding her clients' businesses.
Dominique later advanced to Director of Operations, managing over 15 clients simultaneously and overseeing her team’s activities. Her dedication to client satisfaction and team success is evident in her comprehensive expertise in project management, planning, organising, problem-solving, risk management, customer service, quality management, and time management. Outside of work, Dominique enjoys baking, reading, camping, puzzle building, problem-solving games, and animal and nature photography.
